Executive Jet Management seeks experienced Pilot in Command for Global 7500 based in Windsor Locks, CT. FAA type-rated, 3,500+ hours required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure safe operation of the aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures, including flight planning, weight and balance calculations, and crew resource management
- Lead all required pre-flight briefings using Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) methodology to identify and mitigate operational risks
- Complete comprehensive pre-flight inspections, verify aircraft mission capability, and document all discrepancies in accordance with company protocols
- Coordinate ground servicing operations including fueling, oil replenishment, and oxygen systems in alignment with established procedures
- Deliver passenger briefings and premium customer service while accommodating any special requirements of owners and passengers
- Maintain proficiency in regulatory and company-mandated training, recency of experience, and compliance with Safety Management System (SMS) programs
- Collaborate with cabin crew, maintenance technicians, and internal partners to ensure consistent, high-caliber service delivery
- Serve as Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator as defined by company policy
Qualifications
- FAA Type rating in Global 7500 or equivalent Global aircraft
- Minimum 3,500 total flight hours
- Minimum 1,500 Multi-Engine Land (MEL) hours
- Minimum 2,000 Pilot in Command hours
- Minimum 500 PIC MEL hours
- Minimum 300 instrument flight hours
- Minimum 500 jet aircraft flight hours
- Prior experience in corporate or business aviation preferred
- Ability to perform all essential functions of the position
- Must reside within a two-hour radius of Bradley International Airport (BDL)
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in corporate, executive, or business aviation environments is preferred. Demonstrated expertise in large-cabin jet operations and international flight management is highly valued. Candidates should possess a proven track record of maintaining exemplary safety and compliance standards throughout their aviation career.
Education
Commercial Pilot License (CPL) and Airline Transport Pilot (ATPL) certification required. Must maintain current FAA medical certification and type ratings as prescribed by federal aviation regulations.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 300,000 to USD 350,000 per annum.
