Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and compliant aircraft operation by managing crewing and trip assignments according to regulatory and company requirements
- Complete flight planning, aircraft performance calculations, and weight-and-balance analysis for each assignment
- Conduct pre-flight inspections, verify aircraft maintenance status, and record all discrepancies in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Lead Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) briefings and employ Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) methodologies to mitigate operational risks
- Supervise all aircraft ground servicing tasks, including fueling, oil servicing, and oxygen replenishment
- Deliver comprehensive passenger briefings and provide exceptional customer service while accommodating special passenger needs
- Coordinate with company personnel as Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator as defined by company policy
- Identify and resolve service deviations; collaborate with fellow crew members and internal partners to maintain consistent service excellence
- Maintain regulatory compliance, company-required training currency, and recency of experience
- Report safety and non-compliance concerns through appropriate channels and participate in the company Safety Management System (SMS) program
Qualifications
- FAA Type Rating in Global 6000 with demonstrated time-in-type experience
- Minimum 3,500 total flight hours
- Minimum 2,000 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours
- Minimum 1,500 Multi-Engine Land (MEL) hours
- Minimum 500 PIC MEL hours
- Minimum 300 instrument hours
- Minimum 500 jet aircraft hours
- Ability to perform all essential functions of the position
- Prior corporate or business aviation experience preferred
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command across multi-engine operations; extensive experience in Part 91 and Part 135 regulated environments; demonstrated proficiency in corporate or business aviation operations preferred.
Education
Commercial Pilot Certificate with Airplane Multi-Engine Land (MEL) rating; Instrument rating required; Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) or equivalent certification preferred.
