NetJets Pilot in Command, Falcon 7X

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe operation of the Falcon 7X through comprehensive flight planning, weight and balance calculations, and performance management for each assignment
• Lead required crew briefings utilizing Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) methodology to identify and mitigate operational risks
• Complete all pre-flight aircraft inspections, assess maintenance status, and verify mission capability; document aircraft discrepancies in accordance with company SOPs
• Monitor and coordinate all ground servicing activities including fueling, oil servicing, and oxygen replenishment to ensure compliance with operational standards
• Deliver passenger briefings consistent with regulatory requirements and company policy, ensuring exceptional service delivery and accommodation of special needs
• Maintain compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements; serve as Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator as defined by company policy
• Utilize Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) protocols to communicate effectively with crew and support personnel during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations
• Investigate and resolve service deviations; collaborate with crew members and internal partners to provide consistent service experience to owners and passengers
• Maintain current regulatory and company-required training, recency of experience, and proficiency standards
• Comply with company Safety Management System (SMS) program and report safety or non-compliance concerns through appropriate channels

Qualifications

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
• Current First Class Medical Certificate
• FAA Type rating in Falcon 7X
• Minimum total flight time of 3,500 hours
• Minimum 1,500 hours Multi Engine Land (MEL)
• Minimum 2,000 hours Pilot in Command
• Minimum 500 hours PIC MEL
• Minimum 300 hours Instrument
• Minimum 500 hours Jet aircraft experience
• Ability to perform all essential functions of the position

Skills

Experience

4–6 years of professional aviation experience. Prior experience in corporate or business aviation is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency across multiple aircraft types and operational environments.

Education

Commercial pilot training and certification. Formal type-rating training specific to the Falcon 7X aircraft. Adherence to all FAA mandated recurrent training and proficiency requirements.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 160,000 to USD 275,000 per annum.
