Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure safe aircraft operation by verifying crew compliance with regulatory and company requirements, completing flight planning, performance analysis, and weight-and-balance calculations
- Lead pre-flight briefings utilizing Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) methodology to identify and mitigate operational risks
- Conduct comprehensive aircraft pre-flight inspections, monitor maintenance status, record discrepancies per Standard Operating Procedures, and coordinate ground servicing operations including fueling and oxygen
- Deliver passenger briefings and premium customer service while accommodating special passenger needs; identify service enhancement opportunities and resolve deviations
- Execute Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) protocols for clear, timely communication during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations
- Maintain regulatory compliance, participate in company Safety Management System (SMS) training, and report safety concerns through appropriate channels
- Serve as Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator per company policy
Qualifications
- Minimum 3,500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1,500 hours Multi-Engine Land (MEL)
- Minimum 2,000 hours Pilot in Command
- Minimum 500 hours PIC MEL
- Minimum 300 hours instrument flight
- Minimum 500 hours jet aircraft experience
- FAA Type Rating in CE750 (Citation X+)
- Prior experience in Part 135 operations
