Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure crewing and trip assignments comply with company and regulatory requirements
• Complete flight planning, performance, weight and balance calculations for each assignment
• Utilize Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to lead required briefings and mitigate operational risks
• Comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinate with company personnel; serve as Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator as defined by policy
• Complete all aircraft pre-flight tasks including maintenance status verification to ensure aircraft mission capability; record all discrepancies per company SOPs
• Monitor and ensure all aircraft ground servicing items (fueling, oil, oxygen) are accomplished in accordance with SOPs
• Complete passenger briefings per company policy and regulation; deliver exceptional customer service and accommodate special passenger needs
• Utilize Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) methodologies to communicate clearly and timely with crew and support personnel during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations
• Provide quality service to owners and passengers while identifying opportunities to enhance the EJM service experience; investigate and resolve service deviations
• Collaborate with fellow crew members and EJM internal partners to provide consistent service experience; resolve conflicts and challenges professionally
• Maintain regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience
• Comply with company Safety Management System (SMS) program and report safety or non-compliance concerns through appropriate channels

Qualifications

• Prior Part 135 (P135) experience required
• Reside in or be willing to relocate to Austin, Texas area
• FAA Type rating in Falcon 2000EX EASy (preferred)
• Minimum total flight time: 3,500 hours
• Minimum Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1,500 hours
• Minimum Pilot in Command: 2,000 hours
• Minimum PIC MEL: 500 hours
• Minimum Instrument: 300 hours
• Minimum Jet: 500 hours
• Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position

Skills

Experience

Prior Part 135 experience is essential. Candidates should demonstrate substantial professional flying experience with a minimum of 3,500 total flight hours, 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command, and 500 hours of jet experience. Experience in multi-engine land operations and instrument flying is required.

Education

Commercial Pilot License with Airline Transport Pilot (ATPL) qualifications or equivalent FAA pilot certifications required. FAA Type rating in Falcon 2000EX EASy is preferred but not mandatory.
