NetJets Pilot (First Officer)
NetJets seeks a Pilot (First Officer) in Tyler, Texas for private aviation operations. Base salary $86,015–$117,706 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate the aircraft safely from taxi, take-off, and landing in compliance with FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual, and Standard Operating Procedures
- Greet owners and passengers pre-flight, conduct introductions, brief passengers on flight details and safety procedures, provide weather updates, and communicate any itinerary changes
- Deliver in-flight service including alcohol service and catering as required
- Load and properly stow baggage on the aircraft
- Accommodate Owner flights with pets and passengers who smoke
- Serve as the final authority on all operational and safety matters pertaining to the aircraft
- Act as liaison between owners, passengers, and NetJets from arrival at the FBO through safe landing and departure at final destination
- Report maintenance abnormalities and discrepancies to the Maintenance Control Center and complete associated documentation
- Execute additional duties as assigned based on specific aircraft assignment
Qualifications
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP), Restricted ATP (R-ATP), or eligibility to obtain ATP with multi-engine rating per 14 CFR 61.160
- Minimum 21 years of age
- 1,500 hours total flight time (or reduced minimums with university R-ATP certificate or military pilot qualification)
- 200 hours cross-country flight time
- 250 hours fixed-wing pilot-in-command time
- 100 hours night flying or 75 hours with minimum 45 night takeoffs and landings
- 75 hours instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight)
- 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time
- Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
- Valid United States passport with unrestricted international travel capability
- Valid state driver's license
- Authorization to work in the U.S. with unrestricted international travel
- Ability to pass Transportation Security Administration background screening and obtain airport authority and U.S. Customs security badges
