Role & Responsibilities
- Operate aircraft safely in compliance with FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual, and Standard Operating Procedures
- Greet owners and passengers pre-flight, conduct safety briefings, brief on flight itinerary, and provide weather updates
- Deliver in-flight service including alcohol handling and catering service
- Load and properly stow baggage on aircraft
- Accommodate owners with pets and smoking arrangements
- Serve as liaison between owners and passengers and NetJets operations from arrival to final departure
- Communicate maintenance abnormalities and discrepancies to the Maintenance Control Center and complete associated documentation
- Maintain professional demeanor and demonstrate exceptional customer service at all times
Qualifications
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, Restricted ATP certificate, or meet requirements for ATP or R-ATP with multi-engine rating
- Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
- Valid United States passport with international travel authorization
- Valid state driver's license
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
- Minimum 1,500 hours total flight time (or reduced minimums with qualifying credentials)
- 200 hours cross-country flight time (>50 nm)
- 250 hours fixed-wing PIC
- 100 hours night flying or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings
- 75 hours instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight)
- 50 hours fixed-wing multi-engine time
- ATP written exam completed prior to Indoctrination Training
- Authorization to work in the U.S. with security clearance eligibility
- Ability to pass Transportation Security Administration background screening
