NetJets Oracle Fusion Security Lead

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, document, maintain, and support security artifacts, role hierarchies, data roles, provisioning rules, and access controls within the Oracle Fusion platform
• Create, enhance, test, and operate software applications, services, and integrations that enable secure business operations across Finance, Procurement, and IT stakeholders
• Provide technical leadership for delivery teams and contribute to definition, design, development, configuration, and integration of product capabilities aligned with established technology and architecture standards
• Deploy and deliver solutions through frequent, controlled iterations using automation and disciplined release practices while ensuring security, resiliency, and operational readiness
• Apply software-engineering and platform-governance discipline to access design, role migration, environment controls, regression testing, evidence management, and post-go-live support
• Partner with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), integration, reporting, Internal Controls, audit, and Systems Integration teams to ensure role design supports least-privilege principles and Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance
• Collaborate across delivery teams, business stakeholders, and support functions to ensure business value is achieved and risks are managed transparently
• Demonstrate leadership and accountability by taking ownership of commitments, making evidence-based decisions, and delivering outcomes that support corporate goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• 6–8 years of professional experience in enterprise application security, ERP platform administration, or cloud security implementation
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision while partnering effectively with business and technology teams
• Strong practical ability to translate business responsibilities into maintainable job roles, data roles, privilege structures, and access request catalogs
• Experience designing or implementing enterprise applications, cloud services, integrations, or ERP-related platform capabilities
• Experience with identity lifecycle processes, cloud security, auditing/reporting, and release regression practices strongly preferred

Experience

6–8 years of professional experience in enterprise application security, ERP platform administration, access governance, or cloud security implementation, including demonstrated experience designing or implementing enterprise applications, integrations, or ERP platform capabilities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
