NetJets hiring Senior Oracle Fusion R2R Engineer in Columbus, OH to lead ERP transformation and Financials platform capabilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create, enhance, test, maintain, support, and operate software applications, services, configurations, integrations, and data solutions within the Oracle Fusion ERP platform
- Provide technical leadership for delivery teams and contribute to definition, design, development, configuration, integration, testing, and operational handoff of platform capabilities aligned with technology and architecture standards
- Deploy and deliver solutions through frequent, controlled iterations using automation and disciplined release practices while ensuring quality, security, resiliency, and operational readiness
- Collaborate across delivery teams, functional areas, implementation partners, business stakeholders, Internal Controls, and support teams to ensure business value achievement and transparent risk management
- Design, configure, test, document, and support Financials capabilities using disciplined application-delivery practices and fit-to-standard governance
- Lead configuration work across ledgers, chart of accounts, SLAs, intercompany reconciliation, close orchestration, integrations, reporting handoffs, and downstream financial controls
- Drive controlled movement of configuration, test evidence, conversion dependencies, and release impacts across implementation environments with clear ownership and traceability
- Demonstrate leadership and accountability by taking ownership of commitments, making evidence-based decisions, and delivering outcomes aligned with corporate goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 4–6 years of professional experience in enterprise application development, ERP implementation, or related platform engineering
- Demonstrated proficiency with Oracle Fusion or comparable enterprise applications
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methods and iterative development practices
- Experience designing or implementing enterprise integrations, cloud services, or data solutions
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into configuration and testable acceptance criteria
- Experience with release management, automated testing, and production-readiness governance

Experience
4–6 years of experience in enterprise application development, ERP platform engineering, or related software engineering discipline, with demonstrated expertise in financial systems, Financials module configuration, or large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent discipline.
