NetJets seeks an Operations Research Software Engineer to develop and deploy optimization models for business applications, including scheduling, and integrate production-ready models with existing systems. The role requires 2–4 years of experience and combines software engineering, mixed-integer linear programming, solver use, model validation, and collaboration with data scientists and business stakeholders.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop optimization models for scheduling problems.
- Implement mixed-integer linear programming.
- Write production-level code and integrate models with existing systems.
