Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all component expediting functions and serve as escalation path for Regional Component Expeditor issues
- Utilize ERP systems to track Purchase Orders, Repair Orders, and Work Order information
- Create and manage Repair Orders for NetJets-owned components; authorize stock corrections and consignment reconciliation
- Analyze consolidated Core Tracker Reports weekly; coordinate with OEMs on outstanding core status
- Assist Regional Component Expeditors with processing Core returns, unused parts, and warranty-covered items
- Analyze core fees weekly and submit disputes when required; provide weekly core return updates to leadership
- Coordinate with Warranty Finance to reduce lost warranties and assist with scrap process review
- Advise Material Planners and Manager for Material Planning and Component Repair on operational matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Logistics
- 6–8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related supply chain roles
- Demonstrated expertise in repair cycle management
- Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain inventory management platforms
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Leadership experience with demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams

Experience
6–8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, component procurement, or related supply chain operations roles. Prior experience managing repair orders, core returns, and inventory reconciliation processes preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
