NetJets seeks a Maintenance Control Centre Controller in Paço de Arcos to oversee aircraft fleet maintenance, regulatory compliance, and operational coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor all operational aircraft and control unscheduled maintenance actions performed by approved service centres across NTA, NATUK, and EJME fleets
- Prioritize, manage, and address work assignments to ensure effective outcomes and compliance with NetJets CAME and Maintenance Procedures
- Provide technical support to flight crews to enable timely decision-making when addressing reported technical issues or system discrepancies
- Review and action Aircraft Status Reports, MEL reports, Inspection due lists, Electronic Tracking Data, and other fleet management reports with diligence
- Monitor and perform daily follow-ups with service providers to ensure controlled maintenance releases and mitigate potential issues
- Maintain accurate and factual data in the Computerized Maintenance Tracking System to support decision-making and the reliability program
- Review, control, and approve maintenance contract change orders and costs in accordance with the Approved Expenditure Approval Matrix and MxFinancials system
- Coordinate with Materials Management to request aircraft parts, data, and support equipment in a timely manner to minimize downtime
- Report aircraft continuing airworthiness activities and events that potentially impact safety and compliance through established procedures
- Ensure aircraft historical records are maintained in accordance with NetJets Maintenance Procedures
- Support the Maintenance Control Centre Supervisor with the annual audit program
- Coordinate with Travel department to arrange logistics for Service Centre Technical personnel responding to geographic AOG events
- Notify relevant Operational departments when technical issues impact operations or customers
- Ensure disciplined working practices and consistency with defined policies and procedures
- Apply performance KPIs and a culture of discipline that supports optimized performance and excellence
- Support safety and compliance programmes and ensure appropriate reporting of any issues that may affect them
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or aircraft maintenance engineering license
- Minimum 5 years' experience in aircraft technical maintenance, or minimum 3 years' aviation experience in a Part-145 or CAMO Maintenance Control environment
- Credible knowledge and interpretation of EASA, UK CAA, and ICAO regulations and requirements
- Aircraft technical and system troubleshooting skills on assigned aircraft types
- English language proficiency at B2/C1 level
- Proficiency in MS Office applications

Minimum 5 years' experience in aircraft technical maintenance, or alternatively minimum 3 years' aviation experience in a Part-145 or CAMO Maintenance Control environment. Demonstrated expertise in maintaining compliance with EASA, UK CAA, and ICAO regulations while managing complex fleet operations is essential.
Education
Engineering degree or aircraft maintenance engineering license required.
