NetJets Lead UX Product Designer

Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product, marketing, and technology teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences across all user segments
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and accessible design components applicable across digital channels and influence the product roadmap
• Apply design thinking with a mobile-first approach while developing solutions for all platforms
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the NetJets design system with emphasis on component reuse and system-wide thinking
• Mentor and grow UX team members by sharing professional skills and industry best practices
• Advocate for and communicate user-centric design methodologies and best practices across the organization
• Serve as the voice of the user throughout the product design process from discovery through delivery
• Engage in research activities for solution discovery and validation
• Synthesize user feedback, research data, analytics, and business requirements into seamless user experiences
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to deliver elevated, luxury experiences that reflect brand consistency
• Embrace rapid experimentation and maintain an open culture of optimism and curiosity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in visual design, computer science, human-computer interaction, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 6+ years of web design and usability experience with deep understanding of user interface design, design systems, and brand standards
• Mastery of Figma including file management, high-fidelity UI design, component libraries, design tokens, interactive prototypes, and collaborative feedback
• Significant experience designing for native iOS, Android, and responsive web with familiarity of Apple human interface guidelines and Material design standards
• Expert knowledge of web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Significant experience with design systems and digital accessibility standards
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams while functioning as both thought leader and individual contributor
• Robust portfolio spanning enterprise and consumer applications
• Deep familiarity with agile and scrum processes
• Comfort with ambiguity and iterating from low to high-fidelity solutions

Skills

Experience

6-8 years of professional experience in digital product design, user interface design, and design systems development, with demonstrated expertise in leading design initiatives across enterprise and consumer platforms.

Education

Bachelor's degree in visual design, computer science, human-computer interaction, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 111,000 to USD 229,000 per annum.
