NetJets seeks a Lead Financial Analyst to deliver strategic financial analysis, market intelligence, and decision support for senior leaders and affiliated operating businesses. The role covers performance analysis, capital allocation, M&A support, financial modeling, forecasts, board reporting, and strategic initiatives; it requires 4–6 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in Finance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop industry, market, and competitive insights to inform executive and segment-level strategic decisions.
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ financial and operational performance and broader market trends.
- Review, consolidate, analyze, and report financial results across a portfolio of operating businesses.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights for leadership.
- Provide analysis for capital allocation decisions, including organic growth investments, operational initiatives, and capital deployment opportunities.
- Support mergers and acquisitions through quantitative financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and qualitative strategic assessments of potential targets.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Prepare executive presentations and board materials that communicate financial and strategic insights clearly.
- Partner with leadership teams on special projects, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc analyses as priorities evolve.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities affecting financial performance and recommend actionable solutions to improve operational and financial outcomes.
- Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, Operations, and executive leadership on enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Improve reporting, analytical processes, and financial modeling capabilities to enhance efficiency, scalability, and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to synthesize complex financial and operational data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentation abilities.
- Strong business acumen and ability to evaluate quantitative and qualitative business considerations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial planning, reporting, and business intelligence tools preferred.
