Role & Responsibilities
- Review international flights to provide solutions and alternative plans to mitigate potential issues
- Plan, request, and monitor all international handling and logistic arrangements including U.S. and foreign customs, ground handling, fuel, slots, PPR, airway slots, landing permits, overflight permits, transportation, parking, hotels, service payments, visa services, passport services, catering assistance, and crew documentation
- Provide trip cost estimates for international bookings and serve as company-wide point of contact for owner products, ferry waiver program, and international feasibility
- Monitor daily international flight activities, aircraft departures, and estimated arrival times to ensure timely and accurate updates are provided to Customs and international handlers
- Comply with all regulatory agencies covering over 150 countries including U.S. Customs and Border Protection, FAA, CDC, EPA, Foreign Civil Authorities, and International governing bodies
- Document all situations or deviations affecting the quality of flight activity to provide accurate information supporting decision-making
- Coordinate services and communicate requirements to internal teams including Scheduling, Security, Legal, and Owner Services
- Collaborate with NetJets Europe and Executive Jet Management to ensure seamless flight transitions
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in aviation or international operations
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation or Business Administration
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and sustain productive relationships with owners and crew members
- Experience in international flight operations, customs procedures, and foreign travel requirements preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Ability to work flexible schedules including all shifts in a 24/7/365 operation with potential overnight rotations
Skills
Experience
2–4 years of experience in aviation operations, international logistics, or related roles. Prior exposure to international flight operations, customs procedures, and foreign travel requirements is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Aviation or Business Administration.
