NetJets seeks an Inflight Service Representative in London to deliver exceptional passenger service and cabin management on luxury private aircraft.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide optimum levels of comfort and service to passengers through attentive, efficient assistance and courtesy, delivering exceptional customer service whilst gathering relevant feedback for the Commander and related company departments
- Form the essential link between passengers and flight crew, ensuring high levels of service whenever requested by the Commander
- Conduct systematic checks of catering and onboard non-safety-related equipment, reporting any deficiencies to the Commander to maintain aircraft condition
- Report any conditions or events that might endanger flight safety to the appropriate crew members
- Ensure thorough cleaning of the aircraft cabin and restocking (where feasible) between flights to guarantee proper preparation for subsequent flights
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of inflight service or equivalent customer service experience
- Valid passport with unrestricted international travel privileges
- Ability to meet aviation security and background clearance requirements
