Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and complete department-assigned analytics projects in a timely and effective manner

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and fundamental data analysis techniques
- Demonstrated interest in workforce analytics and data-driven talent management
- Task-oriented, organized, and conscientious work approach
- Ability to handle and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive personnel information
