NetJets seeks a Global Communications Specialist in Columbus, OH to develop internal communications across private aviation brands. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Initiate, create, and develop communications for internal departments and global business partners, identifying appropriate channels based on audience, message, and stakeholder needs
- Support NetJets U.S., EJM, and NJE communications by drafting audience-specific content tailored to employees across multiple companies, functions, and locations
- Maximize technology and communication platforms to enhance employee experience and facilitate information sharing across the organization
- Support and ideate company events, including planning, logistics, communication needs, and execution
- Assist with communication needs, campaigns, and strategies for key company initiatives, ensuring messages are clear, consistent, and aligned to broader business priorities
- Support the editing process for company-wide and global communications, including announcements, articles, digital content, multimedia messaging, and leadership communications
- Create and support communication templates to promote consistency across departments, companies, and global audiences
- Build collaborative partnerships with internal teams and stakeholders to strengthen output and ensure communications meet business and audience needs
- Assist with crisis communications for digital channels, media, and internal messages as directed
- Participate in special project teams that support global communications, employee engagement, and business initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing
- 2–4 years of professional communications experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of internal and external communication campaigns
- Knowledge of multi-media channels and applications
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt content and tone for different audience types
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in fast-paced environments
- Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
- Ability to maintain confidential information

Experience
2–4 years of professional experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing communications, or related field.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related discipline.
