Executive Jet Management is hiring a paid Flight Technical Programs Summer Intern at its Cincinnati headquarters for a 10-week internship from June 7 to August 13, 2027, working 35–40 hours per week on a flexible schedule. The role supports aviation technical projects, program audits, and data collection; local students are preferred, and relocation is the student's responsibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and complete department-assigned projects in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with a department mentor, set goals, and monitor progress.
- Develop an understanding of EJM operations, approaches, methodologies, and tools.
- Collect data for RNP-AR.
- Update the EFB program for Apple iPads.
- Audit Flight Technical Programs against the FAA database.
- Audit programs for compliance.
- Convert MELs into ProAuthor, the web-based editor.
- Audit and organize Comply365.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and working toward a bachelor's degree.
- Designed for undergraduate students with sophomore-to-senior standing studying aviation.
- Task-oriented, organized, and conscientious.
- Clear, professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic; self-motivated, positive, personable, and able to develop relationships.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience conducting internet research; comfortable using Excel spreadsheets for tracking and analysis.
- Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
