Executive Jet Management seeks a Flight Support Intern for its Cincinnati headquarters for a paid 10-week internship running June 7 to August 13, 2027, at 35–40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule. The intern will support dispatch operations, departmental projects and crew coordination; applicants must submit a complete application and resume, and preference is given to local Cincinnati-area students. Relocation is the student's responsibility, with no relocation stipend offered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and complete assigned departmental projects in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with a departmental mentor, set goals and monitor progress.
- Develop an understanding of EJM operations, approach, methodology and tools.
- Follow flights.
- Order and confirm crew food.
- Communicate with crew.
- Prepare passport letters.
- Assist with morning meetings.
- Shadow Flight Support Specialists.
Qualifications
- Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and working toward a bachelor's degree; the internship is intended for sophomore- through senior-level undergraduate students studying aviation and pursuing a dispatch certificate.
- Be task-oriented, organized and conscientious.
- Have clear, professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, self-motivation, positivity and approachability, with the ability to develop relationships.
- Be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook, and have experience with internet research.
- Be comfortable with Excel spreadsheets, tracking and analysis.
- Have excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to handle confidential information.
