NetJets seeks a Flight Attendant to lead cabin safety and deliver bespoke inflight hospitality, including personalized service, Owner liaison, and cabin administration. The role requires 2–4 years of experience, a high school education, English fluency, flexible scheduling, and travel of seven or more consecutive days while on duty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of all Owners and passengers in the aircraft cabin, complying with the Flight Attendant Manual (FAM), Service Procedures Checklist, Standard Operating Procedures, and associated policies.
- Conduct thorough interior preflight inspections; welcome Owners and guests professionally; provide personalized briefings and serve as the subject matter expert on aircraft safety, comfort, and entertainment systems.
- Source high-quality catering from external providers when needed, ensuring items meet luxury standards and Owner preferences.
- Deliver elevated inflight service, including premium food and beverage presentation, turndown service, and execution of bespoke Owner profiles and detailed service notes.
- Ensure cabin baggage is correctly and safely stowed in accordance with regulatory and company policies.
- Conduct flights for Owners traveling with pets or permitting onboard smoking, while maintaining discretion and service excellence.
- Work effectively in a collaborative team and crew environment, complying with safety and operational protocols and coordinating with Owner Services, NetJets Service Representatives, and other internal teams.
- Serve as a trusted liaison for Owners and passengers and NetJets from arrival at the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) through safe arrival at their destination.
- Proactively communicate cabin-related maintenance concerns or irregularities to the Pilot in Command.
- Complete administrative duties accurately, including inventory documentation, service passdowns, and required crew reports.
- Maintain the aircraft cabin in a clean and organized state in accordance with company standards.
- Use innovative thinking to address complex issues and make prompt decisions in dynamic environments.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned, depending on trip or operational requirements.
Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to manage personal rest in preparation for active duty throughout each tour.
- Willing and able to travel away from home for seven or more consecutive days and nights while on duty; accommodations are provided.
- Eligible to obtain all necessary airport authority and U.S. Customs security credentials.
- Successfully pass all Transportation Security Administration (TSA) background screenings and obtain required airport and U.S. Customs clearances.
- Hold a valid passport and be able to travel internationally without restriction.
- Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Maintain the required Flight Attendant certification and FAA compliance after hire.
- Successfully complete the NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program.
- Have prior experience in premium or luxury service industries.
- Familiarity with high-touch service environments such as private aviation, yachting, Michelin-starred dining, or concierge services.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a concentration in hospitality, customer service, business, or culinary arts.
