Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate company-wide financial reporting, analyzing data trends and business drivers with interpretation of material changes
- Identify, assess, and communicate issues affecting profitability; act as key influencer on profitability improvement initiatives
- Provide advisory support to assigned departments on budget, accounting, and financial procedures
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial budget and forecasting models
- Analyze and interpret financial and statistical data for accuracy, reasonableness, and trending patterns
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the 10-year strategic plan according to established accounting practices
- Lead, develop, and document complex financial analysis projects with timely enhancements to modeling methodologies
- Prepare fact-based, executive-level presentations translating financial concepts for non-specialist audiences

- Mentor, develop, and advise junior Financial Analysts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline
