Executive Jet Management, a NetJets subsidiary, seeks a Finance Intern for a paid 10-week summer internship at its Cincinnati headquarters, running June 7 through August 13, 2027. The flexible schedule accommodates students and requires 35–40 hours per week; the internship is intended for sophomore-to-senior undergraduate finance students, with preference for local Cincinnati-area students. Relocation is the student's responsibility, and no relocation stipend is offered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and complete department-assigned projects in a timely and effective manner.
- Work directly with a department mentor to set goals and monitor progress.
- Develop an understanding of EJM operations, approach, methodology, and tools.
- Assist clients with aircraft management through budget-to-actual variance analysis, trip cost estimates, and ad hoc reporting.
- Update the corporate forecast and prepare presentations for the Weekly Business Review.
- Assist with month-end close reporting and analysis.
- Provide sales teams with pricing opportunities for new customers.
- Assist with other special projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and working toward a bachelor's degree; intended for undergraduate students of sophomore to senior standing studying finance.
- Task-oriented, organized, and conscientious.
- Clear, professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic; self-motivated, positive, and personable, with the ability to develop relationships.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience conducting internet research; comfortable with Excel spreadsheets, tracking, and analysis.
- Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
