NetJets is seeking a Director of HR Business Partners to lead its HRBP team, develop business-aligned people strategies, and advise senior management on complex HR matters. The role oversees talent and performance management, employee relations, organisational change, and HR programme delivery; no contract terms are stated.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the HR Business Partner team, ensuring successful client engagements and timely programme and project delivery.
  • Develop and implement HR solutions aligned with NetJets’ business goals, identify the HR implications of stakeholder strategies, and enable future business growth through HR strategies.
  • Maintain business literacy to provide consultative HR services; build relationships with stakeholders and understand their strategies to align HR services.
  • Promote fairness and equity in programmes, and monitor and guide the application of labour practices and policies.
  • Advise and counsel on performance management; execute talent management processes to identify talent needs; support ongoing talent development and succession planning.
  • Review employee termination cases involving misconduct, participate in discussions about involuntary separations, structure separations, and make recommendations.
  • Address compensation, employee engagement, diversity, and project management issues.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external legal counsel.
  • Advise senior management on sensitive and complex HR matters, including compensation, performance management, learning and development, recruitment, job evaluation, change management, and employee issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across supported business groups.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
  • 8–10 years of experience.
  • Proven ability to develop creative solutions and distinctive approaches to HR and business challenges.
  • Authenticity as a thought partner, with the confidence and courage to push boundaries in strategic HR decisions.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, with strong prioritisation skills and a record of effective, timely delivery.
  • Experience in consulting and/or change management, including the ability to lead and drive organisational change initiatives.
  • Knowledge of HR industry practices, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong integration and strategic planning skills, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills for engaging diverse audiences.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills for complex, multidimensional issues.
  • Ability to influence and partner across a diverse organisation to drive business results.
  • Ability to manage conflict and challenge organisational thinking when necessary.
  • Strong understanding of assigned stakeholder groups from business and organisational perspectives, including matrix relationships and geographies.
  • Knowledge of the Human Resources function, including each area’s business objectives, policies, regulations, and internal operating environment.
