Qualifications
- 4–6 years of professional experience in owner services, flight operations, aviation management, or related customer-facing roles
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Aviation Management, or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications and NetJets specialized software platforms (IJet II, ETM, and related systems)
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all organizational levels and external partners
- Strong understanding of fractional aviation operations, with cross-training or direct experience within NetJets or the fractional aviation industry preferred
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance and attendance expectations
