NetJets seeks a Crew Training Specialist in Paço de Arcos, Portugal to coordinate flight crew training and regulatory compliance in a hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, execute and coordinate simulator and flight training events (Initial, Recurrent, Base Training, ZFTT, LIFUS, Special Airports, remedial, and upgrade programmes) with internal and external stakeholders in compliance with Operations Manual Part D
- Prepare, execute and coordinate ground training events (INDOC, GRT, upgrade segments, RQC, GSM) for multiple crew bases in accordance with established procedures and quality standards
- Track flight crew, cabin crew and flight dispatcher licences, attestations, medicals and qualifications expiry details, maintaining Training Management Systems updated at all times
- Advise crew members on licensing matters and coordinate with National Authorities to support application, renewal and revalidation of licenses
- Assess training requirements for crew members returning from leave of absence
- Support the ATO with qualification, renewal and revalidation of TRIs/TREs in accordance with ATO Manuals and associated documentation
- Maintain key performance indicators and statistics on training activities for monthly reporting
- Develop and retain expertise in Training Management Systems
- Ensure safety and compliance across all training activities and appropriately report issues that may affect safety programmes
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar position within the aviation industry
- Previous experience in NetJets Crew Training or Roster management (preferred)
- Good knowledge of EASA, UK and ANAC training regulations (highly preferred)
- Ability to make sound decisions and work to tight deadlines in a complex, demanding environment
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated planning and methodical approach to task execution
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken)
- High proficiency in MS Office

Experience
2–4 years of experience in a similar role in the aviation industry, with preference for prior exposure to NetJets Crew Training or Roster management functions and familiarity with heavily regulated operational environments.
Education
