NetJets seeks a Crew and Contract Support Generalist in Columbus, OH to manage bargaining group inquiries and foster employee relations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate employee onboarding processes including training coordination, forms management, IT request processing, and provide appropriate acknowledgment and closure at career termination
- Recognize and celebrate important career milestones for assigned bargaining employees to foster positive engagement
- Resolve non-critical operational inquiries according to established service level agreements, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policy requirements
- Provide support to Labor and Employee Relations functions including employee wellness checks and direct employee communication
- Conduct quarterly travel to Service Hubs and remote locations to strengthen business partner relationships and provide in-person assistance to bargaining employees
- Build and maintain an extensive internal network, particularly at remote locations, to leverage resources and deliver comprehensive employee support
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources or Business
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification
- 4–6 years of experience in human resources or employee relations
- Working knowledge of Federal, State, and Local employment and labor laws and regulations
- Familiarity with one or more collective bargaining agreements at NetJets
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products, CrewAvail, and IntelliJet II systems

4–6 years of professional experience in human resources, employee relations, or labor relations roles, with demonstrated proficiency in managing bargaining group inquiries and supporting union-represented workforces.
