NetJets Corporate Finance Lead

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee internal and external financial reporting requirements and maintain consistency across reporting deliverables
• Support management decision-making through actionable financial insights and analytical support
• Lead implementation and optimization of ERP, planning, and reporting systems
• Direct the global intercompany accounting function, including transaction recording, billing, settlements, and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, company accounting policies, and internal controls frameworks
• Develop, document, and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls; evaluate and provide guidance on complex transactions
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure organizational compliance and adherence to best practices
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen technical accounting, reporting, and analytical capabilities
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance and accounting processes

Qualifications

• CPA certification
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 6–8 years of accounting experience, including public accounting (Big 4 preferred) or corporate accounting roles
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Accounting Standards (IAS)
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
• Strong project management experience with focus on goals, actions, and positive results

Skills

Experience

6–8 years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting (Big 4 firms preferred) or corporate accounting environments, with demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and process optimization.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
