NetJets Cabin Attendant
Cabin Attendant position with Executive Jet Management in Las Vegas, Nevada. Gulfstream G550, $80K–$170K annually, P135 experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, Ground Operations and Maintenance Manual (GOMM), Service Procedures Checklist, and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the safety and security of all passengers within the aircraft cabin
- Conduct thorough interior preflight inspections and welcome Owners, customers, and guests with warmth and professionalism, providing personalized briefings on aircraft safety, comfort, and entertainment systems
- Source high-quality catering from external providers, ensuring all items meet luxury standards and align with passenger preferences and dietary requirements
- Deliver elevated inflight service, including premium beverage and food presentation, turndown service, and execution of detailed client profiles and service notes
- Ensure all cabin baggage is correctly and safely stowed in accordance with regulatory and company policies
- Conduct flights for passengers traveling with pets or who permit smoking onboard while maintaining discretion and service excellence
- Operate effectively within a collaborative crew environment, coordinating with Owner Services, flight crew, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and consistent compliance with all safety protocols
- Communicate proactively any cabin-related maintenance concerns or irregularities to the Pilot in Command and Mechanic to ensure prompt resolution
- Complete all administrative duties with accuracy and attention to detail, including inventory documentation, service passdowns, crew reports, and standard stock rotation
- Maintain the aircraft cabin in a consistently clean and organized state, adhering to company standards and aesthetic expectations
- Leverage innovative thinking to address complex service and operational issues, making prompt decisions in dynamic environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Previous P91 or P135 corporate cabin attendant experience required
- Valid passport with unrestricted international travel capability
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- CPR certification and automated external defibrillator (AED) training
- Eligible to obtain and maintain all necessary airport authority and U.S. Customs security credentials
- Ability to successfully pass Transportation Security Administration (TSA) background screenings and airport/U.S. Customs clearances
- Willingness to relocate to Las Vegas area; position is not commutable

Minimum of previous P91 or P135 corporate cabin attendant experience is required. Candidates must demonstrate proven expertise in delivering luxury inflight service to high-net-worth individuals and corporate owners, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex service requirements, maintain impeccable standards of discretion, and adapt to the dynamic needs of executive aviation.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Successful completion of the EJM Cabin Attendant training program, including emergency procedures certification and knowledge-based assessments, is mandatory.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 170,000 per annum.
