NetJets seeks a Business Insights Analyst in Paço de Arcos to deliver strategic analytics and insights supporting executive decision-making and business planning.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Leadership Team on strategic planning and decision-making processes across a broad range of business topics contributing to company profitability
- Develop and implement enterprise dashboard reports, analytical models, and visualizations to facilitate business monitoring and rapid issue identification
- Identify and define key business indicators through the creation of reporting, analysis, visualizations, and dashboards while proposing solutions to business challenges
- Create timely, relevant, and accurate analyses of operational and business data at the requisite level of fidelity for diverse business areas
- Provide specialized expertise in statistics, data visualization, machine learning, mathematical optimization, simulation, and other analytical disciplines
- Perform analysis of both strategic and tactical business and operational questions while working independently with creative analytical curiosity
- Collaborate with business partners to analytically explore complex business and operational problems
- Simplify complex analytical models and insights into accessible presentations for Executive Leadership
- Author memos and presentations summarizing insights for delivery to senior leadership
- Support special analytical projects and corporate initiatives with comprehensive, detailed presentations
- Mentor and develop other analysts within the department
- Build trust through active listening, feedback-seeking, and fostering collaborative business partner relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar analytical role or related function
- Demonstrated high level of business acumen and commercial orientation
- Proficiency in MS Office including VBA
- Advanced experience with at least one analytical platform (SAS, Python, AWS, SQL, R, or CRM solutions such as Salesforce)
- Expertise with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI
- Proven experience in creating data architectures, datasets, machine learning algorithms, and prescriptive and predictive modeling techniques
- Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques including regression and statistical testing
- Exceptional creative problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken)
Skills
Experience
2–4 years of professional experience in analytical, data science, or business intelligence roles; experience within the aviation industry is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar field.
