Role & Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and publish long-term base maintenance plans spanning 0-12 months that balance operational requirements with yield maximization and cost reduction
- Plan and schedule short- and long-term maintenance requirements, time-limited component changes, and deferred maintenance items in close coordination with Line Planning
- Develop comprehensive work packages for designated Maintenance Base Stations, accounting for maintenance skills, tools, materials availability, labour capacity, and aircraft ground time
- Serve as primary point of contact with Base Stations and third-party maintenance providers to ensure aircraft maintenance planning and communication
- Review scheduled maintenance programs to identify optimization opportunities, including task escalation, repair optimization, and fleet-wide campaigns
- Monitor inspection interval utilization, communicate scheduling conflicts to Master Schedulers, and track aircraft improvements under warranty coverage
- Execute departmental projects, campaigns, and strategic initiatives that enhance financial and operational performance metrics
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Aviation or related field
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Business Objects
- Familiarity with Maintenance Manuals and Planning & Forecasting Techniques
- Knowledge of NetJets Maintenance tracking systems
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and departments
