Role & Responsibilities
- Provide avionics and digital control systems troubleshooting support to the Maintenance Control Center, Flight Operations, and external vendors
- Collaborate with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) engineering teams to resolve aircraft system anomalies
- Work with internal departments including Line Planning, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Return to Service, Aircraft Programs, and Flight Operations on avionics and digital system issues
- Maintain and manage all necessary technical publications and documentation related to NetJets aircraft avionics systems
- Utilize OEM troubleshooting programs such as AReS and Smart Fix Plus
- Conduct aircraft wiring diagram and schematic analysis
- Manage vendor communications and articulate technical troubleshooting requests clearly
- Support flexible scheduling including after-hours and holiday availability
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adjusting priorities to meet organizational demands
Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification
- Four years of experience in avionics and electronic digital systems troubleshooting
- Two years of avionics experience directly related to aircraft currently operated in the NetJets fleet
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to analyze aircraft wiring diagrams and schematics
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Project management capabilities
- Leadership skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Ability to work effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams

Experience
4-6 years of hands-on experience in avionics and electronic digital systems troubleshooting, with a minimum of two years directly supporting aircraft currently operated within the NetJets fleet. Military aviation maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
