Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement company dashboard reports, analytical modelling, and visualizations to facilitate business monitoring and enable rapid identification of issues and opportunities
- Identify key business indicators and enhance stakeholder understanding through the distribution and creation of reporting, analysis, data mining, visualizations, and dashboards, whilst proposing solutions to business concerns
- Provide data and create timely, relevant, and accurate analyses of operational and business data and processes at the appropriate level of fidelity for diverse business areas
- Provide expertise in statistics, data visualization, machine learning, mathematical optimization, simulation, or other analytical specialties
- Perform analysis of both strategic and tactical business and operational questions while working independently, pragmatically, and with creative analytical curiosity
- Collaborate with business partners to analytically explore business and operational problems, gathering and resolving operational issues through enhanced business acumen
- Simplify complex analytical models, insights, and solutions in presentations for Executive Leadership
- Author memos and presentations that summarize and explain insights effectively
- Practice active listening and routinely seek feedback to build business partner relationships and foster trust in analytical insights and decision support tools
Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar discipline
- High proficiency in MS Office (VBA preferred) and experience in analytical platforms such as SAS, Python, AWS, SQL, R, or CRM solutions like SalesForce
- Experience with visualization platforms such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to create data architectures and datasets, machine learning and algorithms, prescriptive and predictive modelling techniques, and advanced statistical techniques
- Exceptional creative problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to prioritize multiple objectives in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Initiative, confidence, and drive to achieve results independently
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken)

0–2 years of experience in a similar analytical role or related work experience, with preference for aviation industry background
Education
