NetJets seeks Aircraft Maintenance Site Manager in Millville, NJ to oversee aircraft maintenance operations, vendor compliance, and quality standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide management oversight and direction for aircraft maintenance completion at assigned locations, ensuring safety, timeliness, and compliance with all FAA regulations and NetJets policies
- Oversee maintenance vendor performance and ensure all tasks meet NetJets quality standards and procedural requirements
- Monitor and maintain aircraft availability targets while optimizing facility loading and labor utilization in coordination with Base Planning
- Source required parts, tooling, and expertise for aircraft undergoing maintenance; maintain accuracy of maintenance status in NetJets computer systems
- Manage and approve expenditures and invoicing related to maintenance vendor services, including review of dedicated labor hours and dispute resolution as needed
- Conduct monthly facility and task audits in accordance with NetJets guidelines and procedures
- Support quality non-conformance requests and collaborate with vendors to identify solutions to maintenance production issues
- Act as liaison between NetJets, maintenance vendors, FBO providers, and internal departments including Maintenance Control, Warranty Finance, Maintenance Planning, Aircraft Refurbishment, Flight Operations, Owner Services, Global Procurement, and Security
- Manage vendor relationships professionally while tracking and reporting on performance metrics, labor expenditures, and operational data
- Maintain proficiency with MS Office applications and maintenance tracking software systems to support documentation and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification
- Associate's degree in Aviation or equivalent
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in aircraft maintenance
- Minimum 3 years of aviation maintenance management experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with turbine-powered aircraft and systems
- Working knowledge of aircraft maintenance warranties and/or programs
- Experience reviewing and/or disputing invoicing charges
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Experience with maintenance tracking software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience
4–6 years of total aviation maintenance experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an aircraft maintenance management capacity and a minimum of 3 years of direct hands-on experience with turbine-powered aircraft systems and operations.
Education
Associate's degree in Aviation or equivalent qualifications demonstrating comprehensive foundational knowledge of aircraft maintenance principles and practices.
