Role & Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to maintenance management personnel, technicians, and line service employees at the Columbus repair station and field service teams, ensuring compliance with all federal, local, and company regulations
- Monitor and analyze repair station performance metrics to meet target goals and coordinate work orders with internal and external customers, promptly communicating schedule impacts
- Ensure occupational safety by monitoring work activity and enforcing compliance with FAA, DOT, OSHA, EPA, and company policies for all repair station employees and aircraft
- Maintain compliance with part 145 Repair Station Certificate policies, quality control procedures, training protocols, and company policy manuals
- Manage administrative functions including payroll recordkeeping, time off requests, training needs, and disciplinary actions in accordance with collective bargaining agreements
- Coordinate with Human Resources, Labor Relations, and union stewards to resolve personnel issues and maintain positive labor relationships
- Oversee FBO service operations including aircraft fueling, de-icing, towing, and cleaning when the FBO Supervisor is unavailable
- Conduct performance evaluations and coaching for management and operational teams; implement process improvements using 5S principles
Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of direct maintenance management experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining high-performance jet aircraft
- Demonstrated understanding of turbine-powered aircraft systems
- Valid driver's license in compliance with NetJets Vehicle Safety Program requirements

6–8 years of experience in aviation maintenance, including a minimum of 3 years in direct maintenance management and 3 years with high-performance jet aircraft. Candidates should possess practical knowledge of repair station operations, safety protocols, and team supervision in a certified facility environment.
