NetJets Aircraft Finance Consultant

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary pricing scenarios and financing workbooks for sales executives and aircraft owners
• Support preparation of owner-facing materials explaining financing options and benefits
• Gather owner information, update CRM entries, and maintain accurate transaction pipelines
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure all required materials are prepared ahead of owner calls and internal reviews
• Collect and verify financial statements and documentation from owners prior to credit review
• Draft and assemble initial credit approval packages based on financial documentation and deal terms
• Prepare draft loan documentation packages and coordinate revisions with internal legal teams
• Track closing requirements, manage checklists, and coordinate scheduling with internal stakeholders
• Build and maintain Excel workbooks with deal terms, financial structures, and approval routing details
• Maintain version control and distribute updated deal materials to all stakeholders
• Assist with testing, documentation, and implementation of new IT system features related to financing workflows
• Identify efficiency improvements and maintain process documentation
• Track deadlines, follow up with stakeholders, and escalate at-risk deliverables
• Maintain organized digital files, templates, and process guides for team use
• Support data entry, system configuration, and user acceptance testing as needed
• Travel occasionally for territory visits and industry events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
• 4–6 years of professional experience
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to understand deal structures and financial documentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn enterprise systems including Salesforce, DocuSign, and loan portfolio management platforms
• Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and proactive problem-solving capability
• Previous sales or sales-support experience preferred

Experience

4–6 years of professional experience, preferably in aircraft finance, aviation financing, or sales-support roles. Prior exposure to loan structuring, credit analysis, or transaction operations highly valued.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
