Aircraft Closing and Contract Coordinator at NetJets, Columbus, OH. Support whole aircraft transactions and contract management for QS Partners.
Role & Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage brokerage and acquisition agreements, invoices, and transactional documentation for QS Partners clients
- Coordinate complex aircraft brokerage and acquisition transactions in partnership with the QS Partners sales team and internal NetJets business units
- Communicate and manage documentation coordination with clients, escrow agents, legal counsel, the FAA, and other relevant parties
- Manage transaction checklists, closing files, signature requirements, and deadlines to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all documentation
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of whole aircraft transaction practices, regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and standard QS Partners documentation
Qualifications
- Paralegal Certification
- 5+ years of experience supporting complex transactions with government agencies, escrow agents, and legal professionals
- Specific experience with aircraft transactions strongly preferred
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated with ability to complete critical tasks independently
- Ability to handle high volume of work accurately and timely with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
