NET-A-PORTER seeks a Style Advisor in Hong Kong to deliver personalised luxury shopping experiences and drive client loyalty for its discerning customer base.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs whilst contributing to team commercial goals, increasing client spend and satisfaction
- Create and maintain trusted client relationships by responding promptly to enquiries, answering product questions, and guiding customers through their shopping journey
- Build deep familiarity with assigned client portfolios to identify opportunities for personalised recommendations, leveraging purchase history, preferences, and trend insights
- Provide expert styling, sizing, and fit advice using comprehensive product knowledge to confidently present new collections and key launches in visually compelling ways
- Conduct proactive client follow-up to maintain engagement, nurture relationships, and maximise commercial opportunities
- Increase individual client spend and loyalty by understanding evolving customer needs and recommending relevant products and services
- Gather and share customer insights and buying trends with management to inform commercial strategy, product launches, and sales planning
- Represent NET-A-PORTER professionally, delivering service that reflects the brand's luxury standards and values
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as in-store retail, styling, or call-centre sales and operations
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding personal sales targets
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong digital proficiency with tools including Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems
- Excellent organisational and detail-oriented capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
