NET-A-PORTER seeks an experienced Personal Shopper in Miami to serve elite clientele. $32.82/hr + commission, full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Profile customers individually based on shopping patterns and develop personalized product recommendations tailored to each client's style and requirements
- Represent the NET-A-PORTER brand and embody its values of luxury, curation, and excellence
- Drive and exceed annual sales targets and key performance indicators through consistent deal closure and client engagement
- Lead by example within the team, setting the standard for sales achievement and customer-centric service delivery
- Conduct styling consultations and one-on-one personal appointments to deepen client relationships and increase customer lifetime value
- Identify and prioritize sales leads by analyzing the customer portfolio, ensuring proactive engagement with high-potential accounts
- Provide prompt follow-up with customers acquired through events, partnerships, and marketing initiatives
- Participate in client relations, marketing campaigns, and invitation-only events as required
- Develop and maintain an engaged, active client book that generates substantial annual revenue
- Communicate buying patterns, customer insights, and market feedback to managers to inform inventory and strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand broader business trends and enhance commercial acumen

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in a personal shopping, luxury retail, or high-net-worth client services role
- Proven track record of managing an engaged client book generating $1.8–$2.5 million in annual sales
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury fashion, fine watches, jewelry, and high-end home décor
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of work experience in a similar position, preferably in luxury fashion or high-end retail. The candidate must have successfully managed a significant client portfolio and demonstrated a proactive, consultative sales approach with a consistent track record of exceeding personal sales goals.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in fashion, business, marketing, or related discipline preferred.
