Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively target and build personal relationships with high-value customers in the APAC region
- Profile customers individually based on their shopping patterns and preferences
- Provide personal styling recommendations by demonstrating detailed product knowledge and understanding of customers' fashion and lifestyle preferences
- Identify and prioritize sales leads by analyzing customer lists and purchasing history
- Increase customer spend and develop loyalty by understanding individual needs and preferences
- Conduct one-on-one appointments with clients to foster relationship development
- Optimize client acquisition opportunities and grow the customer base with new high-value clients
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain awareness of fashion industry trends, brands, and cultural nuances across different regions
- Analyze customers' shopping patterns, provide strategic feedback to management, and implement relevant initiatives

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in luxury fashion
- Proven track record of achieving personal sales goals in a target-driven environment
- Excellent spoken and written English; fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese preferred
- Strong luxury fashion industry knowledge and commercial awareness
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in networking
