NET-A-PORTER is hiring a Creative Project Manager in London to oversee luxury fashion campaigns and creative production.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between Creative teams (Design, Copy, Editorial and Video), Marketing teams (CRM, Social, PR and Site) and brand partners.
- Receive, review and scope incoming creative requests from Marketing departments, translating briefs into actionable creative workstreams.
- Develop, monitor and enforce end-to-end production schedules for brand partnership campaigns, seasonal campaigns, product drops and promotions.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity across in-house designers and copywriters, external agency partners and freelancers.
- Oversee asset delivery across digital channels, including homepage updates, paid media, email, newsletters, app messaging and social assets.
- Implement quality-control processes to ensure visual assets meet brand guidelines and technical specifications.
- Partner with Buying and Site teams to align creative deliverables with launch dates and product availability.
Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years of creative project management or marketing operations experience, ideally within a luxury fashion brand or high-end lifestyle label.
- An eye for elevated design, typography, editorial layouts and high-fashion branding standards.
- Advanced expertise in project management software such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello or ClickUp.
- Familiarity with Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, and with digital asset management (DAM) platforms.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, negotiation and time-management abilities under tight luxury fashion deadlines.
- Ability to transform unstructured creative ideas into structured, repeatable operational workflows.
- Comfort managing shifting priorities during peak retail periods, including Fashion Weeks, sales and promotions, Black Friday/Cyber Week, seasonal sales and brand drops.
- Ability to balance creative integrity with the revenue goals and deadlines of Performance and CRM teams.
