Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated service, personalised styling and proactive outreach.
- Deliver expert fashion advice and styling for women's contemporary assortments both in-person and via remote/digital channels.
- Use selling tools, digital store technology and omni-channel/fleetwide inventory to locate, present and close sales.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic prospecting and outreach.
- Leverage social media and digital tools to generate client traffic and support personalised merchandising.
- Coordinate with store colleagues to create a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to set and meet sales goals; motivated and target-driven.
- Experience selling on commission and familiarity with fashion retail metrics.
- Practical experience in styling, women's fashion or contemporary apparel merchandising.
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology for client outreach and sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as required.
