- Deliver elevated, client-focused selling both in-store and via digital outreach, cultivating long-term relationships and personal style confidence.
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge specific to women's footwear, advising clients on product, fit and wardrobe integration.
- Use selling tools and digital store technology, omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to locate product, complete transactions and drive conversion.
- Strategize and execute personal business plans to meet sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through outreach and technology usage.
- Leverage social media and digital tools to engage clients, guide intentional store traffic and support remote selling.
- Collaborate with the store team to create a positive work environment and contribute to merchandising and floor presentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven track record of commission-based sales or quota-driven retail performance.
