Role & Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize inbound merchandise and prepare items for the retail selling floor
- Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other store locations, or the distribution center
- Execute daily inventory control operations and manage stock reconciliation
- Process and execute merchandise price changes as required
- Maintain all safety procedures and protocols on the receiving dock and throughout work areas
- Support the operations team in delivering exceptional client experiences during the seasonal peak period
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, warehouse, or receiving roles
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in operations, warehouse, receiving, or back-of-house roles within retail or distribution environments.
