Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations tasks including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Execute merchandise placements and price changes while ensuring adherence to merchandise standards
- Perform reticketing, damage assessment, mark-outs of stock, and related inventory control processes
- Maintain backstock organization, stockroom cleanliness, and proper merchandise arrangement
- Merchandise product and set sale events and signage under managerial and visual guidance, ensuring brand standards are maintained
- Support setup and takedown of in-store events and activations
- Adhere to all safety procedures on the dock and throughout all work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing tasks with a collaborative team mentality
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work a schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business requirements

1 year of retail experience required. Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or store operations is valued. Demonstrated familiarity with inventory systems and merchandise handling procedures is advantageous.
