Role & Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain the store’s visual standards: create compelling window displays, dress and style mannequins, and refresh floor merchandising according to Visual Manager and corporate directives.
- Merchandise selling floor and wall units to ensure selling‑floor readiness prior to store opening.
- Support promotional and sale set‑ups including presentation, lettering and signage; assist Sales Support with trunk shows and personal appearance preparations.
- Perform basic production tasks and set construction, using carpentry tools and painting techniques safely and efficiently.
- Replenish merchandise on the selling floor and undertake ad hoc visual and merchandising duties as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience on a visual team in a major multi‑level department store with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Demonstrated ability to use carpentry tools safely and experience with painting techniques and basic production methods.
- Experience in styling, fashion pulls and dressing mannequins; strong awareness of current fashion and art trends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.

Experience
At least 2 years of visual merchandising experience within a major multi‑level department store, including hands‑on production, window display creation and a demonstrable portfolio of prior visual projects.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or post‑secondary training in visual merchandising, fashion, design or a related discipline preferred.
