Role & Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain in-store visual standards under the direction of the Visual Manager and Corporate Visual team, including mannequins, fixtures and floor merchandising.
- Design, build and refresh window displays and promotional presentations to support seasonal campaigns, sales events and special activations.
- Prepare and install signage, lettering and presentation materials for promotional and sale set-ups; assist with trunk shows and special events preparation.
- Replenish and merchandise product on the selling floor and wall units to ensure selling-floor readiness prior to store opening.
- Use carpentry and painting skills for production tasks and maintain safe operation of tools and equipment.
- Support ad hoc visual projects and collaborate with sales and sales-support teams to meet merchandising objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience on a visual team in a major multi-level department store with a portfolio of executed projects.
- Demonstrated ability to use carpentry tools safely and efficiently and experience with painting techniques.
- Experience with basic production and materials knowledge, plus mannequin styling and fashion pulls.
- Strong awareness of current fashion and art trends and the ability to translate trends into commercial visual presentations.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator preferred.

Experience
Minimum two years of visual merchandising or display experience within a major multi-level department store; portfolio of previous projects required. Experience with production, styling and event set-ups is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or degree in visual merchandising, fashion, design or a related discipline preferred.
