Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound freight; manage transfers and merchandise movements.
- Perform order fulfillment, packing and shipping for online and in-store customer orders.
- Maintain stockroom organization and back-stock processes; perform regular merchandising placements to meet visual standards.
- Execute price changes, reticketing, markouts, damage processing and other inventory-control tasks.
- Support set-up and take-down for in-store events and activations and follow dock and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist leads and managers with daily store operations to support sales and customer experience objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift/carry up to 35 pounds as required.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing tasks and collaborate with a team.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail experience, preferably including receiving, stocking, inventory control, or order fulfillment in a store or distribution environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
