Neiman Marcus Northbrook is hiring a Support Associate. Onsite role assisting with stocking, fulfillment and stockroom operations; hourly $17.90–$22.39.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations including receiving, processing inbound/outbound freight and maintaining stockroom organization.
- Pick, pack and ship online and in-store customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Perform merchandise handling tasks: transfers, placements, reticketing, price changes and signage in accordance with visual and merchandising standards.
- Support inventory-control activities including damage handling, mark-outs and stock replenishment to maintain availability and presentation.
- Assist with set-up and tear-down of in-store events and activations and follow dock and workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably with stockroom or back-of-house responsibilities.
- Demonstrated flexibility to manage competing operational tasks and collaborate with store leadership under a "win together" mindset.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, climb stairs and lift or carry up to 35 pounds when required.
- Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail experience with exposure to stockroom operations, merchandise processing, or order fulfillment is required. Experience supporting in-store events and basic inventory-control procedures is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.90 to USD 22.39 per hour.
