Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-centric mentality and cultivate long-term client relationships through personalized engagement
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, leveraging wardrobing and technology to enhance sales performance
- Showcase product strategically based on client interaction mode (in-person or remote)
- Utilize selling tools, digital store technology, and omni-channel inventory systems to drive sales across all channels
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion goals, and wardrobing objectives
